The overall condition is deemed to be 'Fair-plus' and listed here as thus. and a small chip to the very bottom edge of p. However, the contents are clean and tidy and the book's binding is intact, whilst the rear board feels a little loose. As can be seen from the attached image, there is fraying to the spine area and age-related marks to the boards. 190 pages printed and bound on illustrated, grey boards.
